The action of this book takes place in Estonian forests, meadows, by the sea, and the main characters are ten animals and eleven birds. They are the largest of which live in these places.

In the children’s book has lots of gorgeous photos. The photographer tells how and where he photographed all the animals and birds, which can also be explored on a large map of Estonia. In addition, there is a nice story about each of them about their character and habits, as well as the meaning of this animal or bird for people – beliefs, folklore and symbols related to it. And finally, a guessing game!
