For Visitors with Disabilities

Arrival and moving around

  • There are disabled parking spaces located in front of the main entrance of the museum.
  • All exhibition halls and facilities are wheelchair accessible.
  • Two wheelchairs and two rollators are available for use and free of charge. Please book the preferred facility by calling +372 736 3050.

At the museum

  • Bathroom facilities are located both at the A- and B-lobby, near both entrances, restaurant and cafeteria, also at the halls of the permanent exhibitions "Encounters". See the house plan.
  • There are no hearing loops provided at the exhibition area, conference hall ja black box.
  • Service dogs are welcome.
  • Visitors with disabilities aged up to 16 and their attendants, as well as visitors with a serious and permanent disability aged 16 or older may visit the museum free of charge, provided a disability ID.

Guided tours

  • We offer adapted tours to visitors with disabilities. Please book a tour at least five working days before your arrival by calling +372 736 3050.
