Some of them are native, while others reched the region through trade. The present research journey will take us into the realms of historical blue, red and black dyeing.
The skills once practiced now inspire modern scientists and industry. We present intruiging solutions that have emerged in the search for environmentally sustainable methods of dyeing textiles.
Thus, in the strory of the colours of our clothes, the local meets the global and the past meets the future.
