Document registry

Through the public view  of the document registry of the Estonian National Museum you can get acquainted with the contents of electronic documents, which are not specified as information restricted for internal use.

When searching for a document from the document registry, click on the document type you are searching for on the document tree located on the left side of the page. A search form is opened to specify search criteria, in order to find the necessary document and after entering the necessary parameters click on Search. Clicking on Search without specifying document data opens a list of all the documents of a certain type according to the date of registration in the decreasing order (newer documents are listed first).

When clicking on Search, either the registration data of the specific document or a list of registration data of the chosen document type is displayed.

When clicking on the data of the chosen document, the main data of that document are displayed. If a restriction of access has not been prescribed for the document, a file is added to the main data, which contents can be viewed, when clicking on the file name.

The document can be searched with a text-wide search by entering the keyword being searched to the search field on the top of the page. The text-wide search searches from the public view of the document registry, not from the contents of the documents.

If the document you are trying to find is not in the registry, we ask you to file a request for information.
